Da Biskies

So today I worked with Alan Parsons, Simon Phillips, Rami Jaffe, Nathan East, Tim Pierce, and other old guys. Don’t worry, they were awesome. While I had to labor on my feet for many hours, I overheard a hilarious quip from Simon. He demanded his assistant get him some “biskies” for the group’s tea. I couldn’t believe how serious he was about having biscuits. He spoke of HobNobs and milk-chocolate covered digestives. This only made me feel weirder about British people. Da biscuit had to be purchased at an English mart next to “Robin Hood British Pub” in Sherman Oaks. This experience made me flash back to Mikey Welsh saying the word “biscuit” repeatedly on the Weezer DVD.
